EA Sports, through their social media, has unveiled the list of most improved payers with the highest ratings that we will find in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team mode.
The improved player ratings surely looks pretty decent on most of the cards and will be useful in starter squads in first couple of weeks.
The upgrades compared to the FIFA 22 are shown in brackets. The list of 25 most improved player in FIFA 23 are:
