Every Wednesday, EA Sports release the FIFA Ultimate Team of the Week (TOTW), which features real-life players who had a great week in real life. These cards are released as ‘In Form‘, which enhances the stats and changes the look of the cards with special dynamic images.
In FIFA 23 it will be same, and according to EA Sports, we will start seeing first TOTW on 21 September, 2022.
The Team of the Week Upgrades follow a special upgrade pattern. The TOTW ratings upgrade depend on base card ratings. First TOTW upgrade works as:

A second or/third IN-FORM would follow the same pattern, so if base gold card rating is 77 the first IN-FORM would be 81, the second 84 and so on.
