Approximately a month ago, EA Sports released a store pack “Encore Pack” in FIFA 23 that provided a loan FUT Fantasy Heroes Pick without mentioning the loan in the description.
However, players soon discovered that the pack description did not accurately represent the contents. The mistake with the pack was reported by many users, demanding proper compensation for their disappointment.
According to the in-game pop-up notification, EA Sports is providing this 1 of 3 FUT Fantasy Heroes Pick as compensation, writing “Thank you for your patience while the team worked through resolving a content issue that was impacting your account. We have granted you the correct content that can be claimed through the FUT Store.”
This is definitely good news for those who purchased the Encore Pack back then, as they are finally receiving the rightful and probably the better rewards.
Occasionally, errors or discrepancies occur in the descriptions of store packs within FIFA. These descriptions provide players with crucial information about the contents of the packs they purchase, including player ratings, positions, and other attributes.
Remember, only those users will get Fantasy FUT Heroes player picks who purchased the Encore Pack from store.
EA Sports are yet to tweet or provide any further information regarding this compensation pick but as we assume, it’s surely for the Encore Pack.
