Are you getting error message while trying to access the online modes of FIFA 23? On May 4th, 10:50 AM (UK TIME), the login error popped due to server issue to the users again, who are trying to connect to the FIFA 23 Ultimate Team mode, the servers are unable to perform. New updates will follow when and if they become available.
EA App on PC is down for some users and are unable to login too.

The FIFA 23 servers are down once again and there have been no updates from EA Sports yet. We’ll update this post as soon as we have more information.

The FIFA servers were back up and running after experiencing a brief downtime.

Looks like the issue is with EA online services which also impacted the FIFA 23.

No update from official EA Sports handles but many users reporting the login error. Further updates will be provided as and when they become available.
FIFA 23 players have reported issues with the game’s servers with many users saying they were kicked out of matches. FIFA players all over Social Media are furious because of the server issues but believe me, its been there since the beginning. The servers recently aren’t improving rather going down frequently.
