Few days back, EA Sports released a store pack “TOTS Premium Pack” in FIFA 23 that provided five loan Player Pick items without mentioning the loan in the description.
However, players soon discovered that the pack description did not accurately represent the contents. The mistake with the pack was reported by many users, demanding proper compensation for their disappointment.
According to the EA Direct Communication, EA Sports are providing Player Picks between 3 TOTS or TOTS Moments Player Items rated 92 OVR or higher as compensation, tweeting “We addressed an issue last week with the TOTS Premium Pack description in Polish, it was updated to note that the five Player Pick Items were Loan Items. Polish language players that got this Pack before the updated description have been sent five Player Picks between 3 TOTS or TOTS Moments Player Items rated 92 OVR or higher, in-game”.
This is definitely good news for those who purchased the TOTS Premium Pack back then, as they are finally receiving the rightful and probably the better rewards.
Occasionally, errors or discrepancies occur in the descriptions of store packs within FIFA. These descriptions provide players with crucial information about the contents of the packs they purchase, including player ratings, positions, and other attributes.
Remember, only those Polish users will receive compensation, who purchased the TOTS Premium Pack from store.
