With the 6 PM Content drop, EA Sports released 86 rated Chris Willock Rulebreakers Player SBC in FIFA 23. The card was already leaked couple of days back but is added to the game officially now. The card look strong, good and perfect ST for ENGLISH squads.
The English player looks good stats wise and is really cheap. The beast looking card is equipped with 4⭐ SKILL MOVE & 3⭐ WEAK FOOT. The SBC comes around for 20,000 coins (subject to change with the market), which surely is totally worth completing at this stage of game. He can be perfectly fit in most squads at this stage of game.

The SBC requirements are very cheap for this good looking card. He require just one squad for the completion.
