EA Sports just dropped new EFL Foundations in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team to unlock 4 Special boosted cards of Teemu Pukki, Kabasele, Twine and Shackleton. You can easily attain these special cards by completing the objectives available in FUT 23.
Squad Foundations is where themed Player Items for select featured leagues will be released in Online Milestone Objectives, Offline Milestone Objectives, and via Squad Building Challenges.
Squad Foundations Player Items will fill in key positional gaps across different leagues to give you new squad-building options.

- Perfect Balance
- Score and assist using EFL Championship players in 4 separate matches in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece.
