It’s World Cup 2022 hype time in FIFA 23! New modes and new ways to play have been revealed in the last week, and most importantly, new content will be added to FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.

FIFA 23 World Cup Warm-Up Series Release Date

EA has confirmed via a message on the loading screen of FIFA Ultimate Team that the FIFA 23 World Cup Warm-Up Series will be coming on Friday the 4th of November 2022!
The time of release will most likely be 6 PM GMT, which is the usual time that promotional events are released into FIFA.
The message also suggested that the Out of Position Promo in FIFA 23 will continue to run throughout the duration of FIFA 23 as an ongoing player programme, which is also massively exciting news!
LEAKS
Little is known about this promo at this point in time, but there have been a few leaks by reliable FIFA source FUTSHERIFF which state some of the things coming within this promo.
It appears that a variety of new packs have been added to the database, to fit the dynamic of World Cup-qualified nations, the examples are as follows:
- 83+ from FRA, ENG or GER
- 83+ from BR, SPA or ARG
He also implies that we’ll be receiving plenty of upgrade packs via SBCs, which is always nice for the FIFA community!
Alongside this, he states that we’ll be receiving plenty of dynamic duo SBCs and Flashback Player SBCs, which will all most likely tie into the overall World Cup theme!
