The F Season of FUT 23 has started in FIFA 23. As always, there are several Rewards to be redeemed, including Packs, Boost Coins and Special Players. The classic Storyline players are available again and can be redeemed by reaching the Level 15 and Level 30 of Season 5 of FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.
Each new season in FIFA 23 will bring a handful of new rewards and players that can be earned entirely passively through the Season Progress module, and at worst they can get a good boost of fodder.

FIFA 23 SEASON 5 STORYLINE PLAYERS LEVEL 15
The first set of FIFA 23 Season 5 Storyline players that you can get your hands on will require you to reach level 15 on the Season Progress module. As always, you will get a choice of three players, all of which are rated 85, so are a good players to have some different players in the squad (well if you love it) or fodder boost if you need to complete any SBC.
The following players are what you’ll be able to choose between at level 15:
- Zakaria Bakkali – LW (85, RKC Waalwijk) – Alt. Positions: LM, RW
- Tim Leibold – LB (85, Sporting KC) – Alt. Positions: LWB, LM
- Tiago Almeida Ilori – CB (85, Paços Ferreira) – Alt. Position: N/A
Personally, the pick from the bunch will be Tiago Ilori from both a nation/league and playing perspective, also will be helpful with the objectives but realistically there is no good pick here.
FIFA 23 SEASON 5 STORYLINE PLAYERS LEVEL 30
The FIFA 23 Season 5 Storyline players that you can unlock at level 30 are usually a bit more interesting, and can find their way into your team a bit better. You will need to make your way to the end of the Season Progress and reach level 30, which usually can’t be done until about a week before the season ends. The players are all rated 88, that will be waiting for you as a reward when you reach level 30.
The following players are what you’ll be able to choose between at level 30:
- Kevin Lasagna – ST (88, Hellas Verona) – Alt. Position: CF
- Scott McTominay – CDM (88, Manchester United) – Alt. Position: CM
- Nacho Fernández – CB (88, Real Madrid) – Alt. Position: LB
Figuring out the best player from the selection here will be Nacho Fernandez because of the League, Nation and Position but it will entirely depends on what you’re looking for. The other two players aren’t bad options but Lasagna surely look like fodder card and McTominay just look average.
