The Fantasy FC promo is a returning showcase, as it was released previously in FC24. Players who missed out on the promo last year won’t have to wait long as its release is just around the corner.
Fantasy FC brings a new dimension of live, dynamic item to EAFC 25, with big initial boosts and – the chance for players to earn OVR upgrades based on their individual contributions.

What is Fantasy FC in EAFC 25?
Turn stats into stars with Fantasy FC, where a player’s metrics in real-world matches inform ratings boosts, earning upgrades for general output like goals or clean sheets. The better they and their club play week-in and week-out, the better upgrades they’ll receive in Ultimate Team. This year, the campaign also includes Fantasy Heroes, who will earn upgrades based on their historical club’s performances in their upcoming domestic league matches.
EAFC 25 Fantasy FC Promo: Release Date, Content & Players
Fantasy FC is a Two Weeks promo, Fantasy FC Team 1 was released on February 21, 2025 and Team 2 is scheduled to be released on February 28, 2025. But the dates are subject to change as it solely depends on how EA are planning with the promos in EAFC 25.
EAFC 25 Fantasy FC Content
Just like other promos in EAFC 25, the Fantasy FC promo shares a similar structure. These cards will be obtainable through various in-game modes such as packs, squad building challenges, and objectives. As you might already know, EA’s promo teams usually stay in the packs for one week and some promos for two weeks. Additionally, we will see lots of Squad Building Challenges, Evolutions, Special Packs and also some free-to-play Objective players.
The Fantasy FC promo is returning in EAFC 25 but should be same as any other promo in EAFC 25 with a variety of different and appealing cards. As in previous years, the cards will receive dynamic upgrades. The upgrades relate to the real-life results of the Domestic leagues Competitions.
This year Fantasy FC cards will be able to receive four upgrades if they manage to fulfill these requirements:
- +1 Upgrade: Attacker/Midfielder: 1 goal or 1 assist in next 4 games* – Defender/GK: 1 clean sheet in next 4 games*
- +1 Upgrade: club wins 2 in next 4 League games*
- +1 Upgrade: avoid red/yellow card in next 4 League games*
- +1 OVR Upgrade: club score 10 goals in next 4 League games*
For Heroes
- +1 Upgrade: club wins 2 in next 4 League games*
- +1 OVR Upgrade: club score 10 goals in next 4 League games*
*Next 4 Domestic League games will be defined by when that player goes into Ultimate Team.
