The “Total Rush” promo in FC25 is a special promo, which will run for either one or two weeks. It is designed around the new 5v5 Rush mode in Ultimate Team, which is played on a smaller pitch, emphasizing agility, ball control, and quick dribbling to navigate tight spaces.

The official release date for the release of Total Rush Team 1 promo is on Friday 11th October, 2024. But the dates are subject to change as it solely depends on how EA are planning with the promos in EAFC 25.
